Valentine's Day with Trevor and Emily

New? Mich? Marsh? I could not be entertained enough by our little visitor this last weekend. Lillian has gotten so big and is so proud of her broad vocabulary. Our friends Trevor and Emily and Lillian came all the way to Winnemucca just to see us for V-day. On the special valentine's day menu at the Ben and Chayla Inn was 1 dungeness crab-whole (creepy), 2 king crab legs, 4 lobster claws, ribeye, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, homemade french cheesy bread, pinapple, and pie ala mode. We had a lot of fun. We hope that this makes our faithful readers want to come visit us and take advantage of free room and board at the Ben and Chayla Bed and Breakfast...and lunch and dinner...its a work in progress.

Merlin Olson Skating Rink

What a great time! In all the years that I (Chayla) lived in Logan the Ice rink in the park was never open. So when we heard that they had made it this year we made sure to pack our ice skates. We had a great time and loved our visit to Logan. Ben could not stop talking about all the memories of that Ice rink. And it was so wonderful for Jon and Michelle to come and skate with us. And thank you to Emily for all of the great pictures. (sidenote: I am sorry for my lack of creativity and knowledge with the Blog format, the pictures that I post all seem to be skeewampus, and I can't ever figure out how to fix them. So I just give up and post it the way it is)
